STB and BTS Models: Reading Liquidity Before the Shift

Sell-to-buy and buy-to-sell models show how liquidity collection can prepare a new market leg.

STB means sell to buy. BTS means buy to sell. In plain language, both models describe a market that first moves in one direction to collect liquidity before preparing movement in the opposite direction.

A sell-to-buy sequence can push price lower, trigger stops or force weak hands out, and then use that liquidity to support a bullish leg. A buy-to-sell sequence can do the reverse near obvious resistance or crowded breakout areas.

These models are dangerous when treated as automatic reversal signals. A liquidity grab without confirmation can continue further than expected, especially in high-volatility crypto conditions.

The professional use is contextual: identify the liquidity event, wait for structure to confirm, define invalidation, and judge whether the reward justifies the entry location.

BlackHole language treats STB and BTS as scenario-building tools. They help traders describe what the market may be doing without pretending that every sweep must become a reversal.

How to use STB and BTS Models: Reading Liquidity Before the Shift

This material connects with STB, BTS, sell to buy, buy to sell. In the BlackHole framework, the goal is to read context first, wait for confirmation second, and only then judge whether execution quality is strong enough.

Context

Start with market regime, liquidity location and the surrounding structure.

Confirmation

Separate early interest from evidence that actually supports the scenario.

Execution

Translate the idea into risk, timing and a clear decision process.
